Terms and conditions. Cancellation and return policy.

Rule 1

Certain Orders with special coupon codes may not be combined with Free Shipping items and vice versa unless specified.Rule 2

Orders that are canceled within 24 hours of placement will sustain cancellation fee at the amount 6% of the order total to cover the transaction and refund processing fees.

Any order cancelled after 24 hours is the subject for $100 cancellation fee plus processing fee in the amount of 6% of the order total amount.
In case of the order cancellation after merchandise has been already shipped and it is still in transit, customer must also pay ALL freight charges and merchandise must be returned back.

Rule 3

Items sold with discounts or special deals are NOT RETURNABLE.

Rule 4

FURNILLION will not be responsible for damaged freight, if the delivery receipt is signed clear and reserves the right to cancel an order for a just cause. Returns or Exchanges can be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. All returned products must be in original condition (not used and not installed, with all original packaging material included). Prior to returning the products, customers need to email or call us for Return Authorization number (RA).

Any return without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted. All associated shipping charges, when returning or exchanging the product, are paid by the customer unless a proper claim is filed. 30% restocking fee will be applied to the returned merchandise.

Rule 5

Finishes Color, texture, and grain variations can occur in natural products like leather, wood and stone. These are not normally considered imperfections. For leather products, all colors other than Black & White are bound to have variations in every production line. Color representations on computer terminals and screens can be different based on settings and various display technologies. You agree that you cannot dispute the finish, or color or texture or any other physical attribute after taking delivery of a product.

Although, these cases are rare, there may be information at furnillion.com that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update the information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

By accepting this terms and conditions, you agree that you won't file any claim or request in case of the above problems.

Rule 6

Before signing delivery receipt, please open all boxes to make sure all merchandises are undamaged. Please photograph your shipment before it gets released to your custody.

Do not sign delivery invoice unless you inspect all furniture and it is in good, undamaged condition, else you will be responsible for the damages. Any claims are possible to file once you have evidence.

All claims for damaged merchandise must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Rule 7

All delivery dates are approximate and can change due to production time frame, overseas loading plans, and freight shipment logistics. If customer misses the scheduled delivery with the shipping company, an additional fee of $99 will be charged to his/her account. Shipping schedules or any other causes are beyond our control as FURNILLION has no affiliation with manufacturers, overseas ports, vessels, and freight shipping companies.

Rule 8

Furnillion reserves its right to make changes to the above-indicated terms and conditions without prior public announcement.
